Her name is Liza Jane- to be called Liza. On another note- Ozzy the cockatiel is in love with me & doesn't seem to like Charlie at all. I am so hoping that he will make friends with Charlie.
She's so sweet! I hope Ozzy warms up to Charlie too, but please don't be too disappointed if it takes a very long time (or never happens). Birds can be very particular about the genders or other physical traits of people they do and don't like. As with other critters, treats can make a big difference :~D
We've been trying treats, but Ozzy doesn't seem to understand the concept. List of untouched treats-peanut butter, peanut in the shell, corn on the cob, cantelope, watermellon, grapes. strawberry, pineapple, bread, corn chip, tomato. I thought about the gender thing. We got him from a single lady who had inherited him from a man, so he has had experience with both genders, We're trying to be patient.
